We at Exceed Studios were excited to work on the highly anticipated modeling contest known as New Face America. Last years contest was a major success with over a thousand entries and a celebrity judge panel including Jacqueline Laurita from the Bravo reality TV show The Real Housewives of New Jersey. This years contest is expected to have an even larger presence with thousands of beautiful models entering the contest.

We worked with the staff at New Face America to design a logo and develop a website that would ultimately give users all the information they need to be part of the contest , as well as a registration form, the  judges panel, rules, rewards, and much more…

Fino Entertainment is a new and versatile record label located in Orlando, Florida. They recently approached us with the challenge of creating a brand identity and a unique website that would allow them to establish themselves in the entertainment industry. We designed a logo that the staff at Fino Entertainment were impressed with and also created a stunning Website with a content management system, allowing Fino Entertainment to fully customize and maintain the website.

Visitors can finally experience the beautiful décor of this promising dining venue as well as a variety of amazing dishes their kitchen produces. After visiting the Taste Pizzeria restaurant and trying the food, we quickly realized that Taste Pizzeria’s success is based not only on their delicious plates but also on the beautiful and clean/modern atmosphere with a welcoming vibe.

At the beginning of the design phase, we knew that the challenge was to create a brand identity and website that would maintain that same vibe as their establishment. Planking or the lying down game is a fairly new activity consisting of lying face down in an unusual or incongruous location and then taking a photograph and sharing it with others. Individuals who participate in this hobby compete to find the most unusual and original location in which they can “plank”. The term planking refers to mimicking a wooden plank.

With the recent popularity in planking, individuals worldwide are participating in this unusual hobby and the founders of PlankBucket.com decided to do something about it. Their idea was to create a website for people who “planked” and allow them to post and share such photos online.

The goal was to have two different websites yet still have a similar look and feel while maintaining the brand of each company.
